A sacred space, created with love for you, where you can come back to yourself, connect more deeply with your womb, the centre of your feminine power, feel your body, and release the emotions and pain you may have been holding inside for a long time.

Perhaps you have been through difficult experiences: loss, trauma, shame, painful periods or health problems connected to your womb. Perhaps you have felt disconnected from your body and your femininity, or you simply sense that something inside you is calling you to connect more deeply with yourself.

Perhaps you have tried many things, searched for the way, and still nothing seems to work. Whatever you are going through, I offer you this space, where you don’t need to pretend you are fine, hide your emotions or push yourself to heal faster.

This is an invitation to pause, to listen to your body more deeply, to give yourself the tenderness you may have been missing, and to rediscover the wisdom that has always lived within you.

Through somatic womb healing practices, body connection, nervous system support and guidance adapted to your needs, we walk this journey together, in a safe space.

What is the womb for us?

In energy traditions, the throat and the womb are seen as two connected centres. What was never said out loud often stays locked in the pelvis. When the heart opens, the throat speaks. When the throat speaks, the womb is released.

The body shows this link too. The jaw and the pelvis often hold tension together, and women with jaw pain (TMJ disorders) more often also have other chronic pain, such as vulvar, abdominal or lower back pain. That is why in the circle we release the jaw and the throat with voice and breath, so the pelvis can release too.

For many women, the womb is like a mirror of what they have lived. It is where we hold grief, fear, anger and the words we never said.

Many of us grew up disconnected from this part of the body. We were taught to endure, to stay silent, to keep going. Just like our mothers, our grandmothers and the women before them.

When these emotions find no way out, the body often starts to speak through symptoms: painful periods, severe PMS, irregular cycles, tension and heaviness in the pelvis, a belly that tightens and bloats, pain during intimacy.

Psychosomatic research shows this connection. Women with high stress are about two and a half times more likely to have menstrual pain in the following cycle, and more likely to have severe PMS symptoms. Traumatic experiences are linked to chronic pelvic pain and to pain during intimacy. And long-term stress can disrupt the cycle, even stop it.

This doesn’t mean your pain is “all in your head”. It means body and emotions are not separate.

On my own journey I have come to understand that the womb has its own wisdom, and that it tries to communicate with us in its own ways: through symptoms, through the body, through the cycle, through dreams and intuitive feelings. Womb work is one of the deepest kinds of work I have ever experienced.

If you are feeling…

disconnected from your body

emotionally overwhelmed, or numb

exhausted from holding everything together on your own

grief, sadness, shame or anger

painful cycles, severe PMS, endometriosis, PMOS (formerly PCOS), cysts or fibroids

a longing to feel safer, more grounded and closer to yourself

…and you need a place where your body is heard, even beyond the diagnosis.

If you have been through…

pregnancy loss

abortion

a difficult birth

a wound around intimacy

heartbreak

years of stress that won’t stop

emotions you have held inside for too long

a feeling that, as a mother, you have lost yourself

Or maybe your body is calling you back to yourself, but you don’t know how. This is your chance to take the first step.

You don’t have to walk this path alone.

This is a holistic practice and does not replace medical treatment.

What we will do together

1

Arriving and opening the circle

Our names and the circle agreements. Before we begin, we talk together in the circle: whoever wishes, with no obligation, shares her symptoms, experiences and the intention she came with.

2

Tea ceremony: Bobinsana & Rose

In person: we drink Bobinsana and Rose tea together, with an intention for the heart. Online: your own warm tea, at home.

3

Opening the heart

Breathing into the heart and the bridge between heart and womb.

4

Throat and womb

Voice, sound and pelvic movement. We release the jaw and the throat, so the womb can breathe.

5

Releasing anger

A safe space for the “no” that was never said, for boundaries and for suppressed anger.

6

Meditation for the women’s lineage

Respectfully giving back what is not ours, and keeping only the love.

7

Sharing and closing

A sharing circle and a simple practice for the days that follow.

In-person circle only

Bobinsana & Rose tea

I know Bobinsana closely. I did a 14-day dieta with a Shipibo shaman, with Bobinsana and other teacher plants. During those days I felt Bobinsana’s energy as gentle and far deeper than I expected, just like a grandmother, as the shamans called her. She opened my heart, brought tears I hadn’t let go of for a long time, and spoke to me night after night through dreams. Since then I have kept this connection with her energy, and since then I have wanted to bring this plant into a women’s circle here, at home. This circle comes from that wish.

Bobinsana (Calliandra angustifolia) is a shrub that grows along the rivers of the Amazon, with pink flowers like silk threads. Traditional Amazonian healers, the Shipibo-Conibo people of Peru, have used it for generations and call it a “teacher plant”.

Bobinsana is not a psychedelic plant. It does not cause visions or change perception. You stay aware and present the whole time. It is often called the “grandmother” of the Amazonian plants: it works quietly, through the heart.

In tradition, Bobinsana is known for

  • • opening the heart, compassion and self-love
  • • releasing grief, loss and heartbreak
  • • connection with intuition, the body and nature
  • • more vivid and clearer dreams in the nights after the tea
  • • a feeling of calm and of being grounded

How we connect with the plant in the circle

  • • we hold the cup with both hands, close to the heart
  • • we look at it, smell it and breathe over it
  • • we silently set an intention for the heart
  • • we drink slowly, eyes closed, noticing where the warmth goes in the body
  • • we thank the plant, as Amazonian healers do

Why Bobinsana and Rose?

Because both speak the language of the heart. Bobinsana teaches us to open without forcing, to let grief and joy flow together, and to come back to ourselves. Rose reminds us of feminine energy and beauty, self-love and the feeling of being safe.

Together, they open the heart, strengthen trust in ourselves and bring us back to Mother Earth. When the heart opens, everything else begins to move.

I will add Damask rose petals (Rosa damascena) to the Bobinsana. Rose has long been a symbol of the heart and of feminine love. It gives the tea a lovely taste and fills the circle with its scent.

After the circle, I invite you to notice your dreams. Many people say Bobinsana keeps speaking in sleep. During my two-week dieta, Bobinsana brought me many messages through dreams. Even though we drink it only once in the circle, the plant gives us what we need in that moment.

The tea is always your choice. If you are breastfeeding, trying to conceive, taking medication or have an illness, tell me in the form and I will prepare a different, suitable tea for you.
