I am Jona. I work with the body, breath, and the inner intelligence that each of us carries within. I am a somatic healer and facilitator of bodywork and breathwork, and in some cases, the process is accompanied by an intuitive healing language known as Light Language. I currently live in Prishtina, Kosovo. After eight years of building my family and working in corporate marketing, even though everything looked "fine" from the outside, I felt empty inside. That emptiness became the call for a profound turn and a personal transformation that led me to trainings with healers and teachers around the world. Today, I hold space for people who are ready to release trauma and stagnant energy, to return to their bodies, and to remember who they are at their core – beyond the stories, the pain, and the survival.
My Awakening
I am Jona, the heart behind Reconnect by Jona. My journey into healing wasn't something I consciously sought - it was something life initiated me into, over and over, until I had no choice but to surrender.
From a young age, I felt drawn to something beyond the physical, a deep knowing that there was more to existence than what meets the eye. I devoured books on spirituality, healing, and consciousness, always searching, always reaching for something just beyond my grasp. I attended teacher trainings in meditation, yoga, and self-mastery, feeling an unshakable pull toward the world of energy and transformation.
And yet, for years, I resisted fully stepping into this calling. Instead, I followed the structured path - working in digital marketing for eight years, building a life that looked successful from the outside but felt hollow within.
Life had other plans. Betrayal came. Loss came. Friends I thought would walk beside me forever fell away. I descended into what many call the dark night of the soul - a place so deep, so raw, that I hit rock bottom. Everything I thought I was crumbled. Everything I clung to dissolved. I stood at the edge of the unknown, stripped bare.
And it was there, in that breaking, that I began to understand. This wasn't punishment. This was initiation. Life was clearing the path, removing what was false, so I could finally find my true self. It was in this space of complete surrender that I truly began to heal.
My Journey
This journey led me across the world, guiding me into the arms of great teachers and wisdom keepers. I sat in plant medicine ceremonies with shamans in the jungles of Costa Rica, and in sacred circles across Turkey, Romania, Switzerland, and Germany - where I surrendered to the ancient wisdom of Mother Ayahuasca.
In each place, she met me differently - guiding, purging, revealing, and loving me back to my essence. Each ceremony unraveled me, dissolving old patterns and revealing the limitless power that had always been within me.
During one of these retreats, something extraordinary happened. In the astral field, I encountered the fairy realm. They spoke to me, clear and certain: 'You will heal with your hands.' This encounter shifted everything. It clarified my path and drew me deeper into hands-on healing work - into the sacred practice of working with the body, the fascia, the energy field. I am deeply connected to them still, and their guidance continues to shape how I hold space for others.
This vision became my calling. But to heal with my hands, I had to learn, to study. The work of healing - for oneself and for others - doesn't remain in ceremony. It requires deep commitment and lifelong devotion.
My Teachers
Along the way, I sought out teachers who carried the wisdom my soul was ready to receive:
Santiago Ramirez taught me the profound depth of somatic energy healing and how the body stores and releases trauma.
Maria Alifieres opened the sacred doorway of fascia release, teaching me how trauma hardens the connective tissues, and how with intuitive touch we can soften the armor and bring the body back into flow. Through her, I received the teachings of the fascia lineage, the art of listening with the hands, the power of presence, and the medicine of release.
Jasmin Rose guided me through the Kundalini Energetic Activation path, helping me embody the sacred feminine force that had always lived within me.
Dr. Gabor Maté - his teachings on trauma and the wisdom of the body deepened my compassion for human suffering and my devotion to true presence.
Dr. Joe Dispenza showed me the power of the quantum field and the mind's ability to rewire itself.
Sadhguru expanded my consciousness beyond the mind and into pure presence.

My Gifts
Through deep inner work, I awakened to a sacred gift - the ability to channel and transmit Light Language, a multidimensional healing frequency that flows through me as a soul transmission.
This became the foundation of my work, integrated with Breathwork, Kundalini Energy Activation, Organ Reset, and Somatic Bodywork, forming the essence of Reconnect by Jona.
I want to be clear about something important: I do not work with entities or spirits. I work only with the energy of the Creator - the pure, divine source of all healing. My faith in God is the foundation of everything I do. I have deep trust in this sacred connection, and it is from this place that all healing flows.
Kundalini became my guiding force, teaching me that healing is not about fixing yourself - it is about remembering who you are. It is about transmuting pain into power, grief into gratitude, numbness into deep presence. It is about stepping into the alchemy of life not as a struggle, but as a sacred, playful, and deeply compassionate unfolding.
My Mission
My mission is clear: to hold space for those who feel lost, disconnected, or bound by cycles of fear, attachment, addiction, and self-doubt.
But know this - you are your own healer. I am only a channel, a facilitator. The healing does not come from me. It flows through me, from the Divine, to meet you exactly where you are.
Every answer you seek, every piece of wisdom you long for, already exists within you - waiting to be remembered. I am simply here to walk beside you, to hold space for your transformation, to reflect your light back to you. The power is yours. It always has been.
This path will ask you to shed, to surrender, to trust. But you are not alone. Every step you take toward your highest self brings more light into this world.
