1. Who I am

Reconnect by Jona is a somatic energy healing practice run by Jona Berisha, registered as B.I. Reconnect by Jona in Pristina, Kosovo. You can contact me at hello@reconnectbyjona.com or +383 49 646 439.

2. Services

I offer one-to-one sessions in person in Pristina (Kosovo) and Tirana (Albania), and online via Google Meet. Services include Somatic Alignment, Fascia Release & Somatic Healing, Kundalini Activation, Light Language Healing, Intuitive Psychic Reading, Sacred Yoni Healing, multi-session packages, the RETURN 6-session program, group sessions and retreats.

Descriptions, durations and prices for each service are shown on the website. I do not sell physical goods.

3. Booking

• You can request a booking through the booking calendar on the website or by contacting me directly.
• A booking request is not a confirmation. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from me, and for online payment, once the payment is completed.
• Please give a correct name, email and phone number so I can send you the session details.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in euros (EUR) and are shown on the website at the time of booking.
• Online payment: I send you a secure Paysera payment link by email. You can pay with a debit or credit card. Card details are handled by Paysera and are never seen or stored by me.
• Cash payment: for in-person sessions, you can choose to pay in cash at the session.
• Packages and the RETURN program are paid in advance unless we agree on a payment plan in writing.

5. Delivery of the service

• After confirmation, you receive an email with the date, time and exact location (in-person) or the Google Meet link (online), plus a Google Calendar invite.
• Sessions usually last 60–90 minutes, depending on the service.
• Package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless we agree otherwise.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

You can cancel or reschedule for free with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are subject to a €30 fee. Full details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Health and wellbeing

My sessions are complementary wellbeing practices. They are not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment and do not replace the care of a doctor or licensed therapist. I do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication.

Please tell me before the session about any medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries or mental health concerns. You take part voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after the session. I may decline or stop a session if I believe it is not appropriate for you.

8. Conduct and confidentiality

Everything you share in a session is kept confidential, except where the law requires otherwise. I ask for respectful behaviour in all sessions and group events, and I may end a session or event if this is not respected.

9. Privacy

I use your name, email and phone number only to manage your booking, send session details and, if you subscribe, my newsletter. I do not sell or share your data with third parties except the services needed to run bookings and payments (for example Paysera and Google Calendar).

10. Content

All text, images and materials on this website and those shared in sessions belong to Reconnect by Jona. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied or shared without my permission.

11. Changes and governing law

I may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
