Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Individual sessions

• 24 hours or more before the session: free cancellation with a full refund, or free rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours before the session: a €30 cancellation fee applies. If you paid online, I refund the rest of the amount. If you chose cash payment, the €30 fee is payable before your next booking.
• Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the session also carries the €30 fee.
• No-show without notice: the session is charged in full and is not refunded.

2. Packages

• The same 24-hour rule and €30 fee apply to each session in a package.
• If you want to stop a package, unused sessions are refunded. Sessions already used are charged at the regular single-session price, and the difference is refunded.

3. RETURN 6-session program

• Full refund if you cancel before the first session.
• After the program has started, unused sessions are refunded at their share of the program price (€888 ÷ 6 = €148 per session).
• Payment plans are adjusted the same way.

4. Group sessions and retreats

Cancellation terms for group sessions and retreats are announced together with each event. If none are announced, you get a full refund when you cancel 7 days or more before the event, and no refund after that, but you may transfer your place to another person.

5. If I need to cancel

If I have to cancel or move a session, or a session cannot happen because of a technical problem on my side, you can choose a new time or get a full refund. No fees apply.

6. How to cancel or request a refund

Email hello@reconnectbyjona.com or send a message to +383 49 646 439 with your name and the date of your session. The time of your message counts as the time of cancellation. I reply within 2 working days.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds for online payments are returned through Paysera to the original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your account.
