3 Sessions Somatic Energy Alignment Package

In a Somatic Alignment session, we begin with a brief conversation about your spiritual journey, allowing me to understand how I can best support you in this somatic healing and energy transmission. Once you feel relaxed and open, we transition into the bodywork phase, where you lie down and surrender to the healing process.

I start with fascia release, working gently yet deeply to unlock tension stored in the connective tissues. This physical release helps clear energetic blockages, allowing your body to become more receptive. As the fascia unwinds, emotions may surface naturally, and you’re held in a safe, supportive space to express and release them without judgment.

Following fascia release, we move into energy activation, where I guide the flow of life force energy throughout your system. This activation can lead to profound shifts—some immediate and intense, others more subtle and unfolding over time. Throughout the session, we stay present with whatever arises, allowing it to move, transform, and integrate.

While a single session can offer deep insights and shifts, lasting transformation—especially when working with stored trauma—often requires multiple sessions. Healing is a journey, and the body sometimes needs time and repeated support to fully release and integrate changes. That’s why I’ve created a special package: instead of 111€ per session, you can invest 280€ for a series of sessions designed to support deeper, sustained healing.
