In a Somatic Alignmet session we start with little time to share about your spiritual journey, so I can best support you in this somatic healing and energy transmission. Once you're feeling relaxed and open, we transition into the practice of bodywork, where you lie down and surrender to the healing that happens. Each person's experience varies; some may feel profound shifts immediately, while others may notice subtler changes at first. As we work to clear blockages, your body becomes more receptive. Emotions may surface, and you're provided a safe environment to release and express them. Throughout this process, we practice moving with and staying present with whatever arises, facilitating its transformation. After the session we will connect about your experience and I will offer integration instructions to fully integrate this powerful energetic shift.
